招聘职位

1） EDA研发工程师/高级研发工程师
职位描述：以电子设计自动化软件开发为主导，专注于可制造性设计和良率导向设计
领域，重点在数值计算方法、线性矩阵求解、软件/硬件性能优化及电路分析的EDA工具
的开发和实现。
职位要求:
电子/计算机/应用数学/物理或其他相关专业硕士/博士学历；
有较好的C/C++ 编程基础；
良好的英文听说读写能力；
注重于细节并有较好的自我管理能力；
有实际的按时高质完成项目的能力和经验；
有如下经验或技能者优先考虑：
较强的数值计算的背景；
有EDA相关领域的经历，如集成电路设计、半导体物理、器件模拟、Spice、计算机体系结构、数值方法、线性代数等；
有Linux/Unix等平台上的开发经验。

2)    Spice建模软件工程师/高级软件工程师
职位描述：开发和维护BSIMProPlus器件建模软件。
职位要求：
微电子/计算机/应用数学或其他相关专业硕士/博士学历；
有较好的C/C++ 编程基础；
良好的英文听说读写能力；
注重于细节并有较好的自我管理能力；
有实际的按时高质完成项目的能力和经验；
有如下经验或技能者优先考虑：
较好的半导体物理基础；
有EDA相关领域的经历，如集成电路设计、半导体物理、器件模拟、Spice、数值方法等；
有Windows平台上Visual C++的开发经验。

3) Spice器件建模工程师
职位描述：为全球客户提供服务，提取Spice器件模型参数。
职位要求:
微电子或其他相关专业硕士/博士学历；
有较好的半导体物理或集成电路设计相关基础；
良好的英文听说读写能力；
注重于细节并有较好的自我管理能力；
有实际的按时高质完成项目的能力和经验；
有如下经验或技能者优先考虑：

Having the following is a big plus: Background on EDA related field, such as circuit design, verilog/VHDL, computer architecture. 6）Senior RF modeling Engineer（北京） Job Description: Develop/maintain software used for semiconductor device RF modeling, including full lifecycle application development; semiconductor device small signal and RF modeling, high frequency noise analysis and modeling; device and circuits electrical parameters characterization; Conduct the design and simulation of RF, Microwave and analog circuits using simulation tools such as ADS, Microwave office, SPICE, Momentum, and other circuit simulators,; designing, coding and debugging applications; support, maintain and document software functionality. Requirements: At least two year hand-on experience. Position requires a MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and be familiar with circuit simulators and usage such as HSPICE/Spectre/ADS/Microwave office. Have a firm understanding of device (and sub-circuits) small signal and RF modeling, and have excellent communication skills.
