请教2407 FLASH烧写的问题 [复制链接]

2407自己作的板子，烧写flash没问题：ok:flash sectors programmed
但擦除的时候出现问题：
unexpected fatal error encountered which may have been caused by a stack overflow,out of memory condition, or access violation
I\'m going to try and save your work before terminating this application
然后其实：确定 取消
我就点了确定
但是，现在程序还没擦除掉，不知道怎么解决
另：烧写的时候MP/MC为低电平，VCCP为5v，那擦除也是一样的，对吧

是的，EEWORLD的光盘里带的，C2000-2.00-SA-to-TI-FLASH2x.EXE
现在又出现了新的问题，只烧写了一次，就不能再烧写了，出现问题：
Error: Read status value 0x0002 from symbol PRG_status
Flash algorithm failed during erase operation
是不是flash已经坏了呢？
不管是clear，erase都不行都会报错，不能烧写

请问烧写到FLASH后还能像下载到ram里那样用仿真器逐步调试吗？还是只能全速运行，已经脱离仿真环境？谢谢
