工作中遇到很多专业术语，如latch是锁存的意思，bus是总线的意思，而金山词霸根本查不出这些意思，哪位能推荐一下好一点的电子工程师词典，最好有电子版。还有哪位能告诉我以下单词是什么意思？
(1)JEDEC
The device is entirely command set compatible with the JEDEC single-power-supply Flash standard.

(2)factory
The device is fully erased when shipped from the factory.

(3)Polling        toggle
Once a program or erase operation starts, the host system need only poll the DQ7 (Data# Polling) or DQ6 (toggle) status bits or monitor the Ready/Busy# (RY/BY#) output to determine whether the operation is complete.

(4)Suspend
The Erase Suspend/Erase Resume feature allows the host system to pause an erase operation
in a given sector to read or program any other sector and then complete the erase operation.

(5)standby
The device reduces power consumption in the standby mode when it detects specific voltage
levels on CE# and RESET#, or when addresses are stable for a specified period of time.

(6)shipped from
All sectors are unprotected when shipped from the factory.

金山词霸理由有很多词典，不过不知道你用的什么版本的，我用的2005专业版，总线和锁存两个单词都能查到的。

poll 是“选择”

standby mode 应该是备用模式
ship from 应该是出厂的意思
