工作职责：
1、为客户的数字电视项目开发/定制系统/应用软件
2、了解Genesis 数字电视软件系统，与芯片调试、评估小组协同工作
3、编写应用软件并撰写(英文)应用文档
4、为应用工程师以及客户提供软件，硬件和系统相关的培训

任职要求：
1、有嵌入式系统的底层级软件实现经验
2、有嵌入式C/C++软件开发经验（高质量产品的应用开发）
3、拥有嵌入式消费类电子的应用/系统开发经验优先。
4、必须具备实时操作系统知识
5、有数字电视/机顶盒驱动软件开发和测试经验优先
6、有外围设备如12C, UART, PCI等知识优先
7、良好的调试和文档撰写技巧
8、有时需要到客户出差、调试
9、良好的中英文沟通能力。
10、工作主动积极，有高度的责任心

LCD Monitor Field Applications Engineer

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the technical support in the development and implementation of customer applications using Genesis Microchip‘s LCD monitor products. This position assists customers during design-in of Genesis Microchip‘s devices into their applications by providing technical information and guidance. To support customers by explaining and interpreting device datasheets and other reference materials. Will write application notes, conduct training for customers, building demo boards, troubleshooting customer‘s applications, writing software, gathering and distributing device performance data. This position also provides support to various sales channels by participating in sales calls to present technical product presentations, and proposing solutions to the customer's system requirements using Genesis Microchip‘s devices. Frequent interface with HQ in the USA is common. This position requires extensive domestic and international travel.

Requirements:

BSEE and/or MSEE or Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in design and development of embedded system F/W
Good software logic analysis ability
Good x86 assembly and C, C++ programming skills
LCD monitor firmware development and debug experience is required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good technical writing in English is required
Excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated and a good team player
Ability to adopt to change quickly and is a responsible individual

1. 设计开发DTMB /ATSC/DVB-T解调器算法；
2. 解决相关的技术问题；
3. 为RTL实现和调试工作提供技术支持；
4. 协调FPGA和测试芯片的检测及调试；
5. 具有较强的工作主动性和良好的团队精神。

职位要求：
1. 工作经验
1) 5年以上通讯算法设计开发经验；
2) 在通讯理论和DSP方面有较强的工作背景；
3) 具有电子工程硕士或博士学位。

2. 专业知识
1) 全面掌握数据通讯和算法方面的知识；
2) 了解DTMB/ATSC/DVB-T等国际DTV解调器标准；
3) 具有COFDM 和QAM接收器设计方面的专长，包括接收器的同步、整波等。了解Reed-Soloman, Viterbi 和LDDPC 一类的编码和解码器的向前纠错为优；
4) 掌握MATLAB、C语言编程，有RTL编程经验为优；
5) 熟悉连接预算计算和一定的RF前端知识者为优；
6) 具有使用实验室设备测试FPGA和ASIC经验者为优。
