An application targeting a Standard SDK for windows CE.NET and built for the
ARMV4T CPU cannot be run on the Emulator device.In order to run this application
on any cpu other than the emulator,you'll have to install an SDK that is compatible with
the standard SDK for Windows CE.net.请问去哪里下载这种SDK。我是在EVC4.0下编译一个向导生成的程序，
出现上述问题的。

在安装evc时会提示安装什么东西，一个是evc一个是standard sdk，安装了就行了。

直接在网上下一个standard sdk安装不就行了，www.microsoft.com
