离心风机在使用中叶片磨损现象经常出现,如何才能改善离心风机这种磨损情况。下面就由鑫风风机厂家为大家介绍几种防磨措施:

1、对叶片表面进行处理:对叶片表面可以进行渗碳、等离子堆焊、喷涂硬质合金、粘贴陶瓷片处理。这些方法均可以在一定程度上增加叶片表面的硬度,从而提高叶片的耐磨性,不过各种处理工艺均存在一定难度,不易操作或是价格高等因素降低了对叶片进行处理的可行性。
1. Treatment of blade surface: carburizing, plasma surfacing, spraying cemented carbide and sticking ceramic chips can be applied to the blade surface. These methods can increase the hardness of the blade surface to a certain extent, so as to improve the wear resistance of the blade. 2、表面喷涂耐磨涂层:这种方法是比较建议的,操作起来简单,成本也不高,但涂层磨损很快,大概需要3-5个月就重新进行表面耐磨涂层的喷涂。

3、改进叶片结构:可以通过对叶片结构的改造来降低磨损,比如将叶片工作面加工成锯齿状、变中空叶片为实心叶片、叶片加焊防磨块等方法。

4、前置防磨叶栅:在最易磨损处安装防磨叶栅后,可以阻止粒子向后盘及叶根处流动,从而将粒子的集中磨损转化为均匀磨损,提高了叶轮的耐磨性,延长风机的使用寿命。

5、使用高-效除尘装置:离心风机运行环境中的粉尘也会加剧风机磨损,建议采用除尘装置,净化风机工作环境,以降低离心风机磨损。
