• Recommend suitable product offerings/solution including marketing promotions.
• Generate new business opportunities for EMG while satisfying/fulfilling customer’s needs.
• Take ownership of customer technical issues to satisfy/delight customers by providing real-time assistance and resolution.
• Align with Sales team and On-Line Technical Support teams to address customer issue, including call management/escalation, documentation research and/or creation of interaction and quote requests
• Assist customers and communicate customer’s information to partners, and/or invoke additional Agilent Technologies resources that will satisfy the customer’s needs
• Provide optional methods from which customers choose how Agilent Technologies will satisfy their buying needs
External Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above in Electronic & Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years working experience
• Familiar with RF test instruments, understand key test & measurement market & solution
• Strong interest and passion in serving customers in a contact centre environment
• Excellent listening and qualification skills with ability to move the customer through efficient buying / problem solving process. Able to resolve problem and deliver commitment
• Excellent Communication skills in verbal and written media, both in Chinese & English
• Good system application knowledge, and excellent usage of PC tools
• Integrity & teamwork skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a stressful environment
