在对器件epm7128s系列器件进行测试开发时，看到手册上写着ISP兼容1532协议，可是在配置文件一栏选择生成isc文件。编译的时候报错Error: Device or configuration device EPM7160ST100 is not IEEE-1532 compliant

CAUSE:        You added the specified device or configuration device to the Programmer window and then directed the Quartus II software to create an In System Configuration File (.isc). However, the device or configuration device you added to the Programmer window is not IEEE-1532 compliant and cannot be used to create an ISC file.
ACTION:        Direct the Quartus II software to create a different programming file type for the specified device or configuration device, or replace the specified device or configuration device with an IEEE-1532 compliant device or configuration device and recreate the ISC file.
