职位描述：

Function & Responsibility:
The person will be lead of an engineering team to work on WiFi/ BT(BLE)/IoT solutions and software design, based on customer requirements and different application scenarios.
Work together with Sales/Business Operation team for forecast and shipment driving.
Coordinate projects prioritization and resources together with AE/RD.
Promote ALinket solution to customers together with marketing and sales.
Competition analysis and build Alinket eco-system;
Support AE/RD for product & solution definition

Education:
Bachelor or Master Degree in EE or CS

Experience:
Above 10 years WiFi/BT(BLE) industry work experience.
Above 5 years team management experience.
Good communication skills with customers, peers and team members.
Proven experience in software development flow.
Strong technical background in IoT, and wireless connectivity,
Aggressive, self-motivated and result driven.
