Mobile Phone Platform QA Manager (Customer System Integration Team)
Responsibility:
1. Build and manage the QA team;
2. Build, maintain, and improve test environment and process;
3. Organize resources and implement test plan;
4. Report team’s work status regularly;
5. Coordinate resources to investigate and track bug resolution till closing;
6. Provide customer support as needed.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor in computer science, communication, electronic, automation etc;
2. 5+ years mobile phone QA experience;
3. Pay attention to details;
4. Good sense on quality assurance;
5. Good leadership and execution ability;
6. Good team-work spirit;
7. Good communication and coordination skills;
8. Good oral and written skills;
9. Good issue analysis skills;
10. Good English ability;
11. Good work record of project/team management is preferred;
12. Work experience of mobile phone development is preferred.
