本文提出的电阻在线测试方法,由于未采用隔离技术,因此完全消除了由隔离两旁路等效电阻引起的测试误差。由式(5)可知,新的电阻在线测试方法的测试准确度取决于对RAB、RAC、RBC测量的误差和运算误差。要提高该方法的测试准确度关键是提高测试电阻的准确度。
通过大量印刷电路测试在线电阻表明,在一般的测试条件下,在线被测电阻在10Ω~2MΩ范围内,测试准确度优于1%。

A New Method of In-circuit Measurement of Resistance

ABSTRACT:Isolating technique is usually used in in-circuit measurement of resistrance.This paper puts forward a new method of in-circuit resistance measurement based on conversion principle of the resistance network,and discusses the feasibility of the method from design,measuring principle,testing data and error analysis.
