TI Sitara AM335x系统之硬件设计② [复制链接]

今天接着昨天的硬件设计讲
4.确认电气和时钟的兼容性
      硬件设计的关键一步是在设计原理图的时候要确定sitara系统各设备和集成电路的直流和交流电之间的兼容性。
元件的数据手册中可以提供全面的时钟和外设的电器特性。
对于高速接口,我们可以运行IBIS,IBIS提供AM335x ZCE 和and ZCZ 的包来确定信号的完整性。
下面是这两个包文件:

注意:TI提供lpDDR/DDR2/DDR3的pcb布局的接口,我们可以参考TI的方案从而不必执行电气的分析。
5.系统的电源设计
      一旦框图确定了引脚复用,电路和定时器的兼容性,系统的电源就可以开始设计了,以下的资源可以用来评估系统的功耗匹配情况。
