招聘条件：

• Bachelor degree (or above) of computer science, electronics or other related majors.
• Minimum of 3 years of embedded systems programming.
• Strong embedded application experience with one or more of the following Embedded operating systems: VxWorks, Embedded Linux.
• Experience in the areas of real-time embedded software development at a system level (BSP, device drivers) and integration of middle ware components.
• Familiar with any of the following processors architecture: x86, PowerPC, MIPS, ARM/XScale.
• Familiar with multicore technology.
• Strong program skills in C, assembly language.
• Strong and effective written/verbal communication skills in Chinese, and ability to understand and communicate in English.
• High level of self-motivation and requires minimal supervision.
• Desire and ability to master new technology, including software, and hardware.

-        8 years engineering experience with hardware and/or embedded software
     design
-    3+ years engineering management experience
-        Engineering management skills as demonstrated by experience for
      successfully planning and managing multiple engineering projects; building
      and leading teams of 10 or more engineers; and directing the design and
      troubleshooting of complex software and hardware.  
-     Direct customer interface experience
-        Demonstrated strength in: planning and organization; verbal and written
      communications; effectiveness as a team leader; drive and perseverance in
      accomplishing goals; professional integrity; adaptability to new projects;
      resourcefulness; energy and motivation to initiate and complete tasks; and
      enthusiasm building expertise in the technology
-     Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
-     Up to 25% travel required
