我的nandFalsh操作还是有问题，但用IO模拟总线的是可以读出ID的
请问哪位老兄能帮我一下，我全总是按ST的的例子来的。。不知道是哪里出现了问题，，，，我用的FLASH也是跟ST的型号一样。。

问一下，NAND flash有特别要注意的地方吗？
哪位能把你的初始化部份过给我看看，谢谢我觉得硬件跟ST的一样，那我软件也不需要什么改动呀

                                 我一开始怕nand坏了，我改用IO模拟，是可以读出ID（0x20 0x76）,所以硬件应该不会有问题

R/B接的是PD6(FSMC_NWAIT)
NAND型号是Nand512W3a2(跟ST的原理图一下)
