Responsibility:
? Identify the customers’ requirements. Deliver and improve the reference designs, related documents and application notes for customers’ evaluation, design-in, and migration to mass production
? Customize solutions for the key customers
? Assist in FAE analyzing and resolving technical issues. Deliver solutions promptly.
Qualification (S/W):
MUST HAVE
? Proficient C programming skills with good knowledge of embedded software development and 32bits CPU system
? 3+ years embedded software development experience on a RTOS (such as Linux, VxWorks, uCOS…), including OS porting, device driver and/or applications development.
? Able to analyze and resolve technical problems independently.
? Good team-player with open-minded and proactive working style
? Good communication skills in English both writing and verbal
? BSCS/BSEE or above in related field.
NICE TO HAVE
? Experiences in DVB technology and/or Set-top Box software development is a strong plus.
? Experience in embedded GUI is a strong plus.
? Experience in system testing and software configuration management is a plus.

Job Description:
1. Primary focus will be on managing existing accounts and developing new accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets. Work closely with Marketing and Engineering teams to deliver superior value to customers.
2. Responsible for managing accounts from opportunity development thru demand creation
? Focal point for communication with customers
? Manage the development of multi-tier relationships with the customers
? Proactively maximize customer satisfaction with Availink
3. Co-work with engineering and marketing for drive the design IN/WIN activities
? Develop and execute plans to maximize design IN/WIN of products
? Establish design IN/WIN targets and report on progress regularly
? Feed back appropriateness of fit of products to customer’s need to Marketing & Engineering
? Feedback competitive activity to Marketing
4. Development of Sales and Account plans
? Help develop and achieve Annual Sales Plan
? Develop and execute detailed account strategies to maximize Availink’s penetration at the Key Accounts
? Communicate market insights to Marketing
? Provide accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts by account
Candidate Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years technical product sales experience in electronics/semiconductor industry, working in DTV or related industry is preferred
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics or Computer Science. MBA degree plus
3. Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with a track record of team participation
4. Highly professional appearance and presentation required
5. Good oral and written skills in English
6. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and excellent team work skills
7. Frequent business traveling is required
