我在找到好像和他的温度曲线那些有关系，乱七八糟不知道怎么翻译。
temp-derating：随温度的变化，他的功耗变化情况
还有个volt-derating。。。

Example: If a diode is specified to be able to operate at 10V and 5 Amps, and it is placed into operation where it only sees 7V and 3 Amps, it is said to have been de-rated for that application。
