用什么命令获取nand flash的unique id, 有没有标准的命令啊，google中找到有些flash是用0xED,但用在k9gag08u0m上不行，大家指点啊

NAND FLASH没有Unique ID，所谓的0xED是产品型号，同一个型号都是一样的。K9GAG08是MLC的，ID要看datasheet决定。另外还有厂商型号。

1楼的不对，确实大部分NAND flash没有UNIQUE ID，但也不是全部。在几年前的ST曾出过几款flash是有UNIQUE ID的，不过几乎没人用这个而已。我想楼主想要得到的不是UNIQUE ID，而只是flash本身的ID吧？也就是用于区分flash型号的ID，那可以用0x90命令。目前似乎所有的NAND都是用这个命令的。

是有这个ID的，但是不是所有的flash都有，比较难用就是了。

厂商不同，read ID可能不一样啦，需要看datatsheet....
Hynix有款flash，其read ID如下：
The device contains a product identification mode, initiated by writing 90h to the command register, followed by an address input of 00h. Five read cycles sequentially output the manufacturer code (ADh), and the device code and 3rd,4th, 5th cycle ID, respectively. The command register remains in Read ID mode until further commands are issued to
it. Figure 23 shows the operation sequence, while tables 14 explain the byte meaning.

ONFI4.0 上定义了Read Unique ID 可以用CMD EDh, unique ID 一共16 byte, it combined with the device manufacuturer shall be unique.
