高通溢价12%以470亿美元收购恩智浦，高通称，将以110美元/股（比周三恩智浦收盘价高出11.5%）收购，资金来自手上现金和融资。相对于恩智浦周三的收盘价溢价11.5%。高通预计合并后的年度营收达到逾300亿美元。该交易预计将于2017年底全部完成。
