Job Description:
1. Design / develop / debug base station’s control/base band / backplane / transport board schematics, including evaluation evaluate and select appropriate components.
2. Define PCB layout rules and review work of PCB designers on an ongoing basis.
3. Develop hardware specifications together with system team.
4. Cooperate closely with software design, test and manufacturing team.
5. Support qualification engineer to carry out compliance test on the product.
6. Responsible for sustaining of developed product if necessary, such as second source qualification, solving manufacturing and customer issue. 7. Contribute and adhere to formally developed Firmware Development Process and Procedures.


Candidates Requirements:
1.Education background: bachelor or above
2.Major in: telecommunication, electronic or related
3.Working experience within wireless base station area, better on digital hardware design and test area. Experience on transition line card Hardware design, or antenna, optical, RRH, TMA and repeater is a plus.
4. Be familiar with Digital circuit design / development / test and PCB layout.
5. Be familiar with EMC / Safety certification, product optimization and mass production.
6. Language ability: fluent in both written and oral English.
7. Other requirements: Capability to adapt rapidly in a challenging job environment; team work capabilities.
