G4表示符合Green标准。Green: In addition to the RoHS substances, TI is addressing additional substances of concern through our "Green" mold compound initiative. TI defines "Green" to mean Pb-Free/RoHS Compliant, and free of Bromine (Br) and Antimony (Sb) based flame retardants (Br or Sb do not exceed 0.1% by weight in homogeneous material).
