Sr. C++ Engineer (WinCE/Windows)

详细职位要求如下：

Key Responsibilities:

As part of Windows team, the ideal candidate shall work closely with his/her teammates, managers, as well as other functional teams to deliver mobile client software applications on Windows platform. The key responsibilities include:
o        Leading the technical research as requested.
o        Leading/participating in requirement analysis, doing developing estimation based on the requirements.
o        Leading/participating in analyzing and developing of high-level software solution and architecture.
o        Leading to deliver the software application with high quality on time.
o        Leading/participating in technical review for documents and codes.
o        Driving to improve the quality of the software.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

o        Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or other related discipline.
o        Minimum 5 years experience of software development on Windows platform.
o        Familiarity with common used programming skills on Windows.
o        Minimum 1 year technical leadership experience.
o        Strong coding abilities in C++ with OO concept owned.
o        Excellent problem solving skills; is self-motivated and can work in a fast-paced team environment.
o        Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
o        Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.
o        Experience with software engineering and lifecycle management.

Pluses:

o        Experience with script language (Perl, Python)
o        Experience on agility development processes.
o        Experience with Network technologies (proxy servers, load balancers, HTTP, TCP/IP)
o        Experience with Scalable multi-tier services
o        Experience with Internet technologies (HTML/XML, JSP, IMAP, Servlets)
o        Experience with JAVA programming
o        Knowledge of Wireless technologies (WAP, SyncML, IMAP, iMode)
o        Experience with leading project/feature develop in 5person/3+ month scale. And the ability of defining developing plan.
o        Experience of developing Push-Email products is preferred.
o        Programming experience on mobile devices is preferred.
o        Prior work experience in the US or with US based multi-national firms is an asset.

职位工作地点是在天津，不过，感兴趣的朋友们不用担心工资方面的地区差，这个是不存在的，薪资水平绝对是一线城市的标准，而且，有很多出国参加培训或者海外同事过来提供培训的机会，所进行的项目当中至少50%是由中国团队主导的，而公司目前所有项目均为面向美国和欧洲客户的项目。

千万不要被JD的要求迷惑。如果有两年以上相关工作经验，就可以申请。

发完信息发现容易误导。

SR.职位也不一定是TEAM LEADER，可以是一个INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR。需要的工作经验就在JD上列明了的。

但是，如果申请一般职位，要求自然可以降低些。
