在Embedded Visual C++ 4.0编译程序，即不能编译，也运行不起来，提示如下：
  one or more files from the emulator for windows ce installation is missing
解决办法：
打开系统分区根目录下的BOOT.INI文件，对其进行编辑。
将其中的"/noexecute=optin"改为"/execute"，保存后重新启动系统，
此时系统中的DEP功能即已关闭。
重新开机后，程序运行正常。
修改后如下：
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition" /execute /fastdetect
