系统启动的时候是不是有什么模块加载失败了？我之前就是在系统加载KITL模块失败时遇到跟你一样的故障的。

是不是没加载KITL模块，而在关闭KITL模块电源时出错了呢？因为OEMpoweroff里面有OALKitlPowerOff()。

是不是没加载KITL模块，而在关闭KITL模块电源时出错了呢？因为OEMpoweroff里面有OALKitlPowerOff()。

OALKitlPowerOff()貌似是个空函数，里面啥也没执行的。你在编译内核的时候build options里面选中哪几项呢？你是带KITL调试的吗？ 我个人觉得应该是某个模块加载失败了，然后在OEMPowerOff的时候调用了该加载失败的模块导致的，你根据打印信息仔细查一下吧，呵呵

整个启动过程如上所示了。难道跟红色标志部分有关？希望指出问题原因，谢谢。

果然是KITL组件（不知道用组件来表述合不合适，呵呵 ..）的问题啊，是这一句的问题

提示了KITL组件加载失败的。
方法一：
你找到:\WINCE500\PLATFORM\$9BSPNSME)\Src\Kernel\Oal\kitl.c文件的BOOL InitKitlEtherArgs (OAL_KITL_ARGS *pKitlArgs)函数，看函数最后是不是return FALSE;
如果是的话，你不妨将之改为return TRUE;然后重新编译试试。
方法二：你在build options中将Enable CE Target Control Support、Enable Kernel Debugger、Enable KITL前面的勾号去掉，然后重新SYSGEN，生成新的内核就不会包含KITL调试的相关组件了。
我现在还是按照方法一做的，呵呵，不知道我的方法对你管管用哦
