ML-EC3仿真器无法与目标板连接 [复制链接]

1 先说明下我的软硬件环境：
（1）开发板：ML-F040EK，该开发板是针对C8051F040单片机而设计的，包括 C8051F040片机基本外围电路及常用电路。
（2）仿真器：ML-EC3
（3）编译器IDE:Keil uVersion 3 （已安装SiC8051F_uv3仿真器驱动）

2 问题描述：
（1）该开发板是从别人那儿借的，开始使用的时候一切正常
（2）使用一段时间后，发现点击“调试”按钮，出现下面的错误提示： "Communication could not be established with the specified adapter, Please confirm the current adapter selection and cable connection"。
（3）点击“确定”，又出现:"Error: Target DLL has been cancelled, Debugger aborted!"
（4）点击“确定”，调试自动停止，仿真器的"RUN/STOP"指示灯常亮

3 尝试解决办法：
（1）尝试复位仿真器的Firmware,运行"USB Debug Adapter Firmware Reset.exe",点击"Update Firmware",提示Firmware更新成功。进入Keil集成开发环境，点击“调试”按钮，出现"The dubug adapter must be reprogrammed in order to function properly with this version of software, Do you want to update the serial adapter now?"提示，点击“确定”，出现一闪而过的Firmware更新画面后，依次出现下面的错误提示：
   -->Target could not be reset, Confirm cable and power connection and retry, 点击“确定”
   -->Code edit has been cancelled, 点击“确定”
   -->Target could not be reset, Confirm cable and power connection and retry, 点击“确定”
   -->To receive from the previous errors it is recommed that the debug hardware be reset, Do you want to reset now?, 点击“确定”
   -->Communicaton could not be established with the specified dapter. Please confirm the current adapter selection and cable connection, 点击“确定”调试自动停止，仿真器的"RUN/STOP"指示灯常亮
（2）怀疑仿真器存在问题，把仿真器连接到另外一个开发板上，一切正常，排除仿真器的问题
（3）怀疑开发板存在问题。（参考:http://www.cygnal.org/ubb/Forum4/HTML/000633.html，在TDI上接上拉电阻，未进行尝试，不知道可不可行）
