• Strong embedded application experience with one or more of the following

• Experience in the areas of real-time embedded software development at a
system level (BSP, device drivers) and integration of middle ware components.<br>
• Familiar with any of the following processors architecture: x86,
PowerPC, MIPS, ARM/XScale.<br>
• Familiar with multicore technology.<br>
• Strong program skills in C, assembly language.<br>
• Strong and effective written/verbal communication skills in Chinese, and
ability to understand and communicate in English.<br>
• High level of self-motivation and requires minimal supervision.<br>
• Desire and ability to master new technology, including software, and
hardware.</span></div>

- 8 years engineering experience with hardware and/or embedded software
design
- 3+ years engineering management experience
- Engineering management skills as demonstrated by experience for
successfully planning and managing multiple engineering projects; building
and leading teams of 10 or more engineers; and directing the design and
troubleshooting of complex software and hardware.
- Direct customer interface experience
- Demonstrated strength in: planning and organization; verbal and written
communications; effectiveness as a team leader; drive and perseverance in
accomplishing goals; professional integrity; adaptability to new projects;
resourcefulness; energy and motivation to initiate and complete tasks; and
enthusiasm building expertise in the technology
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
