我做K9F1G08驱动时标记坏块也有问题，后来发现是小页的flash有个命令可以直接操作SPARE区。K9F1G08没有这条命令。修改K9F1G08的块状态就需要把整个sector读出来修改状态后再写回去。

是 Nand 驱动 的大小页问题！！！
我的atmel9260加1G nand flash 也出现这个问题，至今未能用uboot烧写yaffs2文件系统。
而且因为成功烧写过一次（但是启动不来），所以这块文件系统空间老是擦除不了，形成了虚拟坏块。
在我用jffs系统启动来后把包含坏块区的分区挂载上去后，发现文件被使用了和之前烧写大小一致但查看不了。

     楼主能不能把bootloader发给我啊，正好碰了这个问题，我参考别人blog上文章移植的bootloader，他们都是k9f1208，我的nandflash是k9f1g08移植后没点反应，后来知道是nandflash型号问题，搞了好几天的。请楼主多多照顾我这个菜鸟哦！！

又一周过去，已经彻底蹦溃了。如果不加Hive,系统可以启动，但是不能发现Flash Disk。一旦加了，就如上面提到的一样，死在中间。
郑高手的代码也试过，结果一样。现在开始怀疑是不是优龙的BSP有什么问题。优龙原始的BSP有个三星第3方的flash驱动，但是并没有被加在Platform里面，它的Hive貌似由下面的注册表实现，它的eboot和bootloader里都没有实现BinFS的代码和格式化功能，晕啊。看来一切还是都只能靠自己了。

顶一下，之前搞过6410， 但没做过修改flash那块的东西，向各位学习！
我看LZ的BSP包应该最少是09年2月份的。这个包基本没怎么研究过。

建议楼主在下载nk之前先在eboot中擦除下剩余的nand。前段时间有个问题好像有点像，后来我擦除了下除了nboot，eboot后的nand块就ok了！！不知道是不是这样！！

我有2440+K9F1G08的驱动，用的是eboot,且还实现了multi-bin的启动方式

我也在想把我的QQ2440的nand flash改成K9F1G08U0M或k9f2g08u0m，不知道楼主搞定这个问题了没有。分享一下经验
