电子工程师的那点事……

<div class='showpostmsg'>         从事电子工程师这么多年，根据个人总结：这个行业是卖力却挣不了多少钱，电子元器件基础，各种仪器的使用，绘图软件的学习，硬件和软件的调试，安规知识以及测试方面花了多少年沉淀，压力大头发白的早，到头来薪水也就那样，同行的工程师们都认同南方的行情是一般工程师8K到顶，这点我也赞同，如果想超过必须往高级工程师或更高级别发展，做员工加加班都有3，4千,这个结果可能残酷是残酷了些，所谓的工程师称谓只是让人暖暖罢了，付出和收入不成对比，到底是什么定位，想来很替我们电工们不值……

这个社会必然是炮灰占了大多数，成功的只是一小半。电工的杯具就在于不能像医生那样积累相关经验，医生是越老越吃香，电工是越老学习能力越差，被淘汰的可能性就越大。
