Simulate mixed signal circuits with EDA tools to confirm<BR>functionalities and performance of these circuits. Create design documents based on the<BR>mixed-signal design flow. Supervise physical layouts of analog circuitries. Participate in silicon<BR>validation of SerDes cores.<BR>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:<BR>MSEE/PhD with at least 3-5 years of direct experiences in analog designs for high speed<BR>SerDes, such as decision feedback equalizer in analog and digital domain, low-jitter and<BR>wide-tuning range frequency synthesizer, clock and data recovery circuit, linear equalizer,<BR>analog-to-digital converter, high speed amplifier . Knowledge in communication system and<BR>SerDes is a plus.
