求助485芯片老是被击穿
<p>本人仪器上的Max485 和外接设备内的一个485 芯片(型号未知)通信,总是不定时的两个芯片同时被击穿。</p><p>加入芯片供电二极管钳位电路和终端电阻,信号线加入TVS电路</p>

<p>要加保护电路 最少加个 SM712之类的。</p>
<p>如果要产品应用和多台连接最好还加气体放电管(GDT)</p>
<p>具体电路网上可以搜到。</p>
<p>不然你的485就行晚上12点后独自夜行的小。。 不安全。</p>

<p>昨天我的485模块是外线路拉断后短路烧毁。</p>
