【ST MEMS防水气压传感器LPS27HHW测评】+初识LPS27HHW
本帖最后由 jinglixixi 于 2020-12-16 19:23 编辑<p>LPS27HHW功能板是一款ST MEMS系列的防水型气压传感器,属于超紧凑型压阻式传感器,可用作数字输出式气压计。该器件由一个传感元件和一个通过I²C、MIPI I3CSM或SPI进行通信的IC接口组成。传感元件可检测绝对压力,包含采用ST开发的专用工艺制造的悬浮膜。</p>
<p>LPS27HHW的具体特征如下:</p>
<ul>
<li>采用防水封装的压力传感器</li>
<li>灌封胶和接地金属帽</li>
<li>绝对压力范围:260hPa至1260hPa</li>
<li>电流消耗低至4μA</li>
<li>绝对压力精度:0.5hPa</li>
<li>低压传感器噪声:0.7Pa</li>
<li>内置温度补偿</li>
<li>24位压力数据输出</li>
<li>ODR:1Hz至200Hz</li>
<li>SPI、I²C或MIPI I3CSM接口</li>
<li>内置FIFO</li>
<li>中断功能:数据就绪、FIFO标记、压力阈值</li>
<li>电源电压:1.7V至3.6V</li>
<li>符合ECOPACK无铅要求</li>
</ul>
<p>LPS27HHW功能板的外观如图1所示,其原理图见图2所示。</p>
<p>由此可知,尽管功能板上的焊盘孔很多,但实际用到的只有8个,甚至更少。</p>

<p>相关引脚的用途如下:</p>

<p>在LPS27HHW内部,其处理流程如图3所示。它是通过电桥来增大物理信号量,并通过多路开关将2路模拟信号传给ADC转换器进行转换,再通过I2C、SPI等接口将数字信号传输出来。</p>

<p>从相关的驱动代码看,它是基于NUCLEO_STM32F411RE开发板的,后面会循着这条路来测试LPS27HHW的功能并为其配置相应的OLED屏来实现气压测量值的直观显示输出。</p>

<p>通常来说测性能的事是专业级的没咱啥事,但这款气压传感器是一款数字式的传感器,也就是说我们无需操心标称值的问题,默认得到的数值都是达到仪表等级的,我们能在应用中将传感器的测量值读出来即可。如果自己有高等级的相关仪表也可以对传感器获得的结果加以检验和分析,我们属于应用人员,粗浅的认识也就只到这个程度。可能专业人员会有不同的教科书般的回答。</p>

<p>从资料看有防水性能,所采用的是悬浮膜技术,至于所能承受的压力是否同测量的压力范围就不好说了,需实际尝试。</p>
