【SC8905 EVM测评】+我的评测报告
<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体"> 首先感谢南芯公司以及</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">EEWordld</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">论坛组织了这次活动,让我有机会接触到</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">SC8905EVM</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">电源管理控制板。下图为本次评测的控制板以及</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">USB</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">转</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">I2C</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">模块:</span></span></p><p></p>

<p> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">拿到控制板之后,我按照厂家提供的资料启动了</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">SC8905tool</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">软件,这是一个在电脑上运行,通过</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">USB</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">转</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">I2C</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">总线与控制板通讯的工具,通过这个工具可以非常直观和方便地读取控制板上</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">10</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">个寄存器的数据,也可以随时将修改的数值写入相应的寄存器中。有了这个工具,我们可以更容易对控制板进行测试,随时修改相应的参数。这个工具还有一个重要作用,就是可以根据自己的实际需要进行设置,然后直接得到对应寄存器的值,不需要另外去计算,方便地应用到自己的程序中。下面是这个工具软件的界面:</span></span></p>

<p> <span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">本次评测给出了必做任务,我的任务是输入</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">5V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">,分别输出</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">4V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">和</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">6V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">。由于开始时领会错误,以为是从</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">VBUS</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">输入</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">5V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">,从</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">VBAT</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">分别输出</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">4V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">和</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">6V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">,在测试时无论如何设置,</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">VBAT</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">要么就是</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">8.4V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">(充电模式),要么只有</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">1.5V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">左右(放电模式),以致于一度还认为控制板是否有问题,看到其他坛友一个接一个完成必做任务,心里更着急上火。在测试了一天多时间没有结果之后,我静下心来思考:任务要求输入</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">5V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">、输出</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">4V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">和</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">6V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">,并没有说是哪种模式,我何不用放电模式,用</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">VBAT</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">作输入,用</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">VBUS</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">作输出呢。说干就干,立马测试,果然顺利地完成了规定任务。下图是测试时的照片:</span></span></span></span></p>

<p> <span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">完成必做任务之后,开始着手直接用单片机通过</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">I2C</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">通讯来设置控制板的实验。由于我同时还在评测沁恒公司的</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">CH579</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">开发板,就准备用此开发板开通</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">I2C</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">来设置</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">SC8905</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">,但</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">I2C</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">的调试不顺利,花费了一周时间都没有成功,正准备用其他开发板来测试,</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">CH579</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">的</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">I2C</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">通讯测试终于成功了,于是便用到了</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">SC8905</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">的实验中。</span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">我做的实验类似必做任务,只不过是用单片机来完成,</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">VBAT</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">输入</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">5V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">,</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">VBUS</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">分别输出</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">4V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">和</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">6V</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">,为了便于观察,我设定以</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">2</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">秒为周期改变</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">VBUS</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">的输出电压。</span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">有了</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">SC8905tool</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">软件的辅助计算,用容易就得到了相应寄存器应该设置的数值,单片机只要定时修改</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">SC8905</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">相应寄存器的值就能完成实验目标。这个实验也很顺利地完成了,下面是实验过程的照片:</span></span></span></span></p>

<p> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">我的测试项目是准备将这块电源控制板用于智能小车的动力锂电池充、放电管理,我的这个智能小车动力使用的是两串锂电池组,原来用一块</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">8.4V</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">的锂电池充、放板保护板,不方便智能小车自动控制,准备换用</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">SC8905</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">控制板,就可以直接控制锂电池的充、放电过程。但目前我还不清楚锂电池充电过程的电压、电流需要多大,一旦确定之后,便可以编写充电程序,将这块控制板用于我的智能小车中。下图为正在制作过程中的智能小车:</span></span></p>
