发现手上的LAUNCHXL板芯片是C修正版。只能用到SDK2.3及以前版本。
据说E修正芯片版本智能用到2.4以后SDK。特写文记录。让后来者减少入坑。
CC2652 芯片C修正版和SDK2.4版本 SDK3.0版本搭配PUTTY没得反应。

Please note, Texas Instruments has just released Revision E of pre-production silicon for the following SimpleLink™ devices:
[*]SimpleLink Sub-1 GHz CC1312R Wireless MCU supporting proprietary Sub-1 GHz development as well as the SimpleLink Sub-1 GHz stack
[*]SimpleLink Multi-Band CC1352R Wireless MCU supporting Sub-1 GHz and 2.4 GHz proprietary solutions as well as Bluetooth® low energy, Thread, and Zigbee
[*]SimpleLink Bluetooth® low energy CC2642R wireless MCU supporting Bluetooth® 5
[*]SimpleLink Multi-Standard CC2652R Wireless MCU supporting 2.4 GHz proprietary, Thread, Zigee, and Bluetooth® low energy
Additionally, the following LaunchPads have been updated with Revision E silicon:

All users must migrate to the “non-X”, Revision E silicon immediately after RTM to develop with the latest features and ensure software and hardware compatibility.Reference the following chart for a summary of software compatibility:
