1. Analog Design Engineer (Location: Shanghai; Req: 15379BR)

Responsibilities:

·      Work on transistor and top leveldesign and simulation of monolithic DC/DC regulators.

·      Provide support to othermembers of the development team; design, test, applications, marketing andproduct engineering, through all phases of new product development.

·      Lead or support layout engineerto complete custom analog layout for low to high power integrated circuits

·      Customer interaction may berequired to help define specifications for new product development.

Requirements:

·      MSEE or higher in ElectricalEngineering.

·      Minimum of 5 years’ experiencein Analog IC Design with emphasis on Power Management IC Design.

·      Good Communication skills(Written and Verbal).

·      Experience using Cadence,Hspice or other simulation tools.

·      Familiar with basic DCDCtopology, such as Buck, Boost or Buck-Boost.

·      Experience designing thefollowing: amplifiers, comparators, oscillator gate driver and bandgapreferences.

·       Fluent English and native Mandarin are required.

2.System Engineer (Location: Shanghai; Req:15740BR)

Responsibilities:

·      Develop advanced analog and digital chips andsystem products from concept to mass production

·      Complete advanced high speed IC design cyclesand participate in a variety of system design activities

·      Interface directly with TI business units andcustomers to define product roadmaps

·      Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffswith design teams and customers

·      Evaluate silicon systems (hardware andsoftware) and related documentation

·      Gather user requirements, translate them tofunctional specifications, and implement solutions and enhancement projects

·      Provide complete documentation for eachdevelopment lifecycle step

·      Perform troubleshooting and debugging on issuesrelated to the system

Requirements:

·      Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering,Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field

·      Must have understanding of and experience withaudio system design, including writing IC design specifications, developingalgorithms and creating system reference models

·      Knowledge in structured and audio algorithm,audio DAC,DAC, codec and signal processing knowledge

3.Test Engineer (Location: Shanghai; Req:15051BR)

Responsibilities:

·       Be responsible for definingcost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems for products.

·       Designs test fixtures and HWsfor ATE test and reliability test. Prepares test and diagnostic programs,

·       Utilize analog circuitanalysis and Automated Test Equipment debug knowledge to troubleshoot test,quality, and device performance issues

·       Analyze test data tothoroughly understand/resolve problems and present analysis and conclusions toothers in an effective manner.

·       Ensures that products shippedmeet specification and quality goals.

·       Be required to provide sustainingsupport, develop test corrective action for customer returns.

·       Drive new innovative analogtest standards, processes, and methodologies to enable cost-effectiveness andquality

·       Work with internal crossfunctional teams in a fast-paced global environment.

·       Establish and influencenext-generation test solutions that help achieve the lowest obtainable costs onfuture products

Requirements:

·      BS / MS in Electrical Engineering, or relatedfield, with strong test and analog and digital circuit debug experience. Mustbe highly organized, effective communicator with a strong ability to multi-taskcomplex projects and/or technical tasks as needed

·      Good English and Chinese Mandarin

4. Application Engineer (Location: Shenzhen; Req: 15875BR)

Responsibilities:

·       Customer support for release-to-marketed device.

·       Work with design team to develop innovative device.

·       Silicon validation from system/app side.

·       Help silicon debug from system perspective.

·       Help to drive the EPGI/NPGI.

Requirements:

·       At least 2 years in FAE or system experience in EE;

·       Familiar with the common power supply architecture.

·       Good communication skill and eager to win.

·       Fluent in using both oral and written English.

·       Must be a good team player.

·       Master degree in EE is required

1. Analog FAE for Multinational customer (Location: Beijing; Req: 15576BR)

RoleSummary:

Technical application support for highperformance analog product

PrimaryResponsibility:

·      Provide technical support to TIanalog product to Multinational customers

·      Coordinate internal resource tosupport design-win of analog sockets in customer projects

·      Build and develop systemknowledge, provide system solution of TI product to customer application.

·      Proactively engage withcustomer new project  by TI solution, product

·      Work with product line for newproduct feedback and proposal

·      Work with globe team to ensurebusiness opportunity

·      Hold technical training &Workshop to customers, internal and public seminar.

Qualifications:

·      Experienced in high speed dataconverter, clock & PLL, high speed interface product and related designtools

·      Be familiar with telecomapplication, RRU and BBU system

·      At least 5 years R&D or FAEexperience for bachelor candidate; 3 years for Master degree candidate

·      Good communication skills withfluent written and oral English, commitment.

·      Aggressive to push for resultby leveraging all resources.

·      Willing to take new challenges,self-driven and motivation.

·      Team work, open mind and goodself-learning skill.

2. AnalogFAE for OEM Customer (Location: Shanghai; Req: 15587BR)

RoleSummary:

Field technical support for TI analogproduct and solutions

Responsibility:

·      Provide technical support of TI analog product of both powerand signal chain to customers.

·      Build up system knowledge and provide system level technicalsupport of TI solutions in customers.

·      Find new projects of customers and use TI tools andresources to find all the TI opportunities.

·      Coordinate internal resources and promote TI product &solution to shorten time-to-market for customer.

·      WIN customer projects with TI solution and opportunities.

·      Team work with product lines to solve technical problems andprovide feedback/inputs for new product definition.

·      Lead and cooperate with distributor FAEs for TI product& solution penetration.

·      Hold technical trainings to customers, distributor FAEs, andinternal/public seminar and workshop.

Qualifications:

·      Experienced in amplifier, data converter, interface, LDO,and DC/DC converters.

·      Master degree with 3+ years working experience in electronicengineering.

·      Strong technical expertise of industrial applications;prefer the candidates with strong signal chain design experiences.

·      Excellent communication skills; good written and fluent oralEnglish; commitment.

·      Aggressive to drive for result by leveraging all resources;proactive.

·      Willing to take challenges and work independently.

·      Team work, good self-learning skill, self-driven andmotivation.

3. EP FAE for OEM Customer(Location: Nanjing; Req: 15633BR)

RoleSummary:

Field technical support for TI EPproduct and solutions. (EP – embedded processors, including TI MCU and Wirelessproducts)

Primary Responsibilities:

·      Provide technical support ofMCU products, including MSP430, M3/4, C2000, and WCS products, to customers.

·      Build up system knowledge and provide system level technicalsupport of TI solutions in customers.

·      Find new projects of customers and use TI tools andresources to find all the TI opportunities.

·      Coordinate internal resources and promote TI product &solution to shorten time-to-market for customer.

·      WIN customer projects with TI solution and opportunities.

·      Team work with product lines to solve technical problems andprovide feedback/inputs for new product definition.

·      Lead and cooperate with distributor FAEs for TI product& solution penetration.

·      Hold technical trainings to customers, distributor FAEs, andinternal/public seminar and workshop.

Qualifications:

·      MCU system design or FAEexperience

·      Master degree with 3+ years working experience in electronicengineering.

·      Strong technical expertise of industrial applications;prefer the candidates with strong C2000 design experiences.

·      Excellent communication skills; good written and fluent oralEnglish; commitment.

·      Aggressive to drive for result by leveraging all resources;proactive.

·      Willing to take challenges and work independently.

·      Team work, good self-learning skill, self-driven andmotivation.

4. Auto Process FAE (Location: Shanghai; Req: 15629BR)

PrimaryResponsibilities:

·      Provide the technical supportto customer projects on TI Automotive ADAS processor (i.e. SDK issue solving,architecture proposal, Image tuning, system optimization…)

·      Develop and maintain ADASsoftware component (mainly focus on Image algorithm prototype implementationand solution localization to China market)

·      Collaborate w/ marketing andsales team on the promotion of product and solution, the deep analysis ofapplications and the engagement of new customers.

·      Work closely w/ worldwideR&D team, analyze and feedback the customers’ requirement, participate inthe improvement and customization of ADAS prototype system and algorithmlibrary

Qualifications:

·      Master degree w/ goodunderstanding on image processing and maths knowledge

·      >5 years experience inimaging processing or vision analytics (experience in ADAS solution or productis a plus)

·      Proficient in SW development ofembedded processor system (DSP and GPU programming experience will be a plus)

·      Strong competence in C/C++,Linux kernel and RTOS, coding capability is a must.

·      Good understanding on ADASalgorithm theory and implementation, skilled in Mablab, OpenCV…

·      Good understating on camera andISP knowledge (experience in ISP tuning is preferred)

·      Experience in automotiveproduct development or automotive safety design will be a plus.

·      Good communication andpresentation skills and experience in customer support role

·      Good English oral and writtenskills

英语可以靠多积累词汇量慢慢学习提高的，相信你多看几遍应该能看懂大概意思的
